In conjunction with Sunway Group’s 40th anniversary celebrations, Sunway Property is rewarding purchasers with an upgrade to its loyalty programme - called Sunway Property PALS (Privileged Advantages for Loyal Supporters)- which offers property purchasers even more rewards when they purchase one or more Sunway Property units.
While the Sunway Property PALS initiative has been a part of the Sunway Property’s brand experience since April 2007, the upgraded programme now offers even more rewards through a tiered programme. With Sunway Property PALS, memberships are now classified into three tiers – Platinum, Gold and Silver. Platinum memberships are awarded for purchases amounting to above RM20 million, gold memberships are awarded for purchases totaling RM10 million to RM20 million, while the Silver memberships are awarded for purchases up to RM10 million. Each tier presents its own unique rewards.
“We have revamped Sunway Property PALS as a gesture of appreciation to our communities who have supported us including the 20,000 members who are already with us. With the new Sunway Property PALS, our communities will receive even more customer support, rewards and savings as they grow alongside us,” said Joyce Sin, Senior General Manager, Strategic Marketing and Customer Relations of Sunway Property.
Mary Lee, 50, who has been a loyal Sunway Property supporter for years, received her personalized Sunway Property PALS card at its recent launch. Her husband and her are both loyal supporters and she was extremely impressed after her son, a medical student at Monash University brought her to view Sunway South Quay, which he saw across his campus. Currently residing in their own Sunway South Quay property, Mary and her family enjoy Sunway’s world-class integrated concept with everything within their reach.
“Sunway Property PALS entitles me to excellent service and great savings when I purchase properties. Since my first property purchase, I’ve introduced many of my friends and family to the programme as it is exceptional value for our investments,” she said.
Upon purchase of a property in Sunway Property, the programme entitles a customer to become a Sunway Property PALS member and enjoy a rebate of up to 3% on their next purchase. Exclusive privileges for members include pre-views of Sunway Property’s hottest launches, special invites to events organised by the Sunway Group including international musicals, and movie screenings.
Members of Sunway Property PALS also have access to the MySunwayProperty web portal which provides quick and efficient online support. At the portal, members can view their latest billings and account status upon vacant possession, construction stages and progress photos, enabling them to make key collection via e-appointments, and updating contact details. The portal also provides home care and maintenance tips as well as the latest community news through Sunway Property e-newsletter.
In addition, Sunway Property PALS members will also be awarded points from Sunway Group’s brand new loyalty programme called Sunway Pals which offers fantastic rebates and savings for spending across Sunway establishments ie Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Lagoon, Sunway Hotel, Sunway Medical Centre and more. Sunway Pals is a loyalty programme offering both fantastic rebates and savings for dollars spent in Sunway establishments.
